Over the past 10 years, we have implemented various strategies to ensure that we are inclusive of the diverse needs of the community. This includes individuals from all ages, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds, and all abilities. We are proud of the following accomplishments:

• Regularly hiring staff from return-to-work programs.
• Actively participating in inclusive recruitment policies and provisions, such as allowing all staff to take the Australia Day public holiday on a different day of their choice. We also actively celebrate NAIDOC Week and the month leading up to NAIDOC.
• In 2023, we had people from all over Australia participate in the Clothing the Gaps NAIDOC Week Run. We initially had a set target and were able to increase it twice with the help of the community across Australia. We are pleased to have raised awareness of NAIDOC Week and its significance.
• We have made donations to Cystic Fibrosis and participate in wellness programs. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation frequently assists their clients in accessing Therabubble across Australia.
• We are a female, Indigenous-owned business and pride ourselves on being equal opportunity employers.

INCLUSIVITY

• We offer an Indigenous Art range of units not only for our Indigenous patients, but to promote Indigenous health while celebrating our beautiful culture.
• We are excited to announce that Therabubble is now available in the Torres Strait Islands. To celebrate, we are looking forward to collaborating with local Torres Strait Islander artists to design a new Indigenous Art Therabubble!
• Queen Josee is an ambassador of the Therabubble product. Josee, who named the product, has Down Syndrome and had great success with the product when she was a young child in the hospital. SIMPLICITY

• While we have modernized payment facilities on our website, we are mindful of community members who may not have access to the internet like those living in aged care or who live in rural and remote areas. Therefore, we have alternative payment options available to help us to help more people.
• We have simplified ordering for NDIS clients by creating a specialized section on our website with an easy-to-fill form. Therabubble has been meticulously designed as an easy to use device for people with all abilities in a safe and effective manner.
